All payments will be half and half. You will pay half before I begin, and the other half will be paid once you receive and confirm the sketch. You may also pay the full cost upfront if you choose to.

The amount of time I take to complete commissions will vary. I will let you know how long your commission will take before I begin and keep you updated as I go along. most commissions are delivered within a week of the start date.

If I do not receive a response from you for 1 week, at any point, your commission will be delivered as-is with no refund.

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time (full amount). You may cancel before the final payment is made. Once payments are received, refunds are not available.

Filing a chargeback or taking the sketch without paying the other half will forfeit your rights to use the artwork, place you on a public blacklist (with evidence), allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit, and result in a formal complaint against you.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

By requesting an NSFW commission, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. I, the artist, take no responsibility for any fraudulent misrepresentation of age by the client. Rates for NSFW artwork differ from standard commissions; please DM for a custom quote.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

Any cash payments can be made through Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. If your currency is not listed, please DM me and we will work on conversion. There is no guarantee I will be able to provide this for you.

Commissions may be used for personal display/use such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit, or printing for yourself. They may NOT be used for commercial purposes (such as merchandise) without purchasing a license. ($25/€21)

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself. I may use the artwork to promote myself and my services, post on social media, use in my portfolio, and create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only). You may purchase an NDA for $15/€12, in which I will not use it for anything listed above, and it stays between us.

If you wish to skip the queue and be priority, the fee will be $10/€8. You will have to dm me with your request and state that you'd like to pay a rush fee.

sending a request will be seen as a full agreement and acknowledgment to my terms of service.
